PHOENIX, AZ. - November 8, 2004 - Desert Sky Software, Inc., a specialty developer of web-enabled applications and databases, announced its nomination as Business of the Year by the Greater Phoenix Black Chamber of Commerce today.
The Greater Phoenix Black Chamber of Commerce mission is to improve the economic development environment for business entrepreneurs and the communities for which they serve. The GPBCC serves as the cornerstone for educational training, resource programs, resources and economic growth opportunities, with a specific emphasis on "Business In Action". The GPBCC is affiliated with the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce.
The Sixth Annual Dinner and Business Awards presentation will be held on December 7, 2004 at the Ritz Carleton Hotel in Phoenix. The keynote speaker for the evening is US Congresswoman Stephanie Tubbs-Jones, Representative - 11th District Ohio.
Congresswoman Tubbs-Jones is the first African American to be elected, in 1999, to represent Ohio's 11th Congressional District that serves East Cleveland and the inner-ring suburbs. A graduate of Case Western Reserve University's Law School, she served previously as the first woman and first African American Cuyahoga County Prosecutor. She was also the first woman Common Pleas Judge in the County and was a Cleveland Municipal Court Judge.
Since 1988, Desert Sky Software has designed custom databases and client-server applications for business and government, currently supporting systems for Sandia National Laboratories, the City of Phoenix, General Dynamics C4 Systems, and many small to mid-size businesses. | Waterborne Environmental/GeoTrans Select Desert Sky Software DocuTrak System |
Phoenix, AZ - Desert Sky Software (DSS) has announced the completion of an agreement with GeoTrans, Inc., of Sterling,
Va., and Waterborne Environmental, Inc. of Leesburg, Va. to deploy a customized version of the DSS DocuTrack System (DTS) for
use as an environmental support system.
The enhanced DTS will allows GeoTrans and Waterborne Environmental engineers to collect and records water quality samples at
watershed locations throughout the United States. The information will be immediately recorded at each testing site by hand
held PDA's and uploaded directly into the DocuTrack System for storage and analysis. Desert Sky Software will also host
the application for the companies.
Since 1988, Desert Sky Software has developed client-server applications for such clients as the Department of Energy/Sandia
National Laboratories, General Dynamics, Motorola, Battelle Memorial Institute, the City of
Phoenix and others. The Phoenix-based company specializes in web-enabled database and application design.
Waterborne Environmental, Inc. was established in April 1993 with the goal of providing outstanding consulting services in the
areas of environmental sciences and water resources management. The company specializes in field monitoring, modeling,
GIS/remote sensing, and project management studies for crop protection chemicals.
GeoTrans, Inc. together with its parent company, Tetra Tech, Inc., has a leadership position in water resource and
environmental management, emphasizing solving critical problems in watershed management, groundwater cleanup, and

PHOENIX, AZ. - August 17, 2004 - Desert Sky Software, Inc., a specialty developer of web-enabled applications and
databases, introduced its enterprise-level OS X DocuTrack System (DTS) today.
Designed in WebObjects 5.2.3 specifically for the OS X platform, this secure, web-enabled application is capable of storing
virtually any form of file and is accessible from any standard web browser. DTS is an enterprise level application that offers
a complete solution set, yet is simple to use.
SSL encryption provides secure access by authorized users anytime, anywhere, providing a safe way to transfer sensitive
documents among distributed teams. WebObjects design allows full scalability to support any size deployment.
OS X DocuTrack System provides assignable levels of access permission, document check-in/check-out control, automated
versioning control, lock document feature, full document access/edit history, system-wide transaction monitoring to support
HIPAA, Sarbanes/Oxley and other governmental compliance requirements, and more. Accessible, web-like search functions allow
quick recovery, viewing and editing of any file.
DTS also features a powerful workflow module to electronically route documents to assigned Users, along with a template
generator for creating pre-configured workflow deployments. DTS uses OpenBase SQL to deliver the scalable, high-level database
performance that Mac OS X users demand.
OS X DocuTrack System may be deployed on client system infrastructures or hosted by Desert Sky Software on an ASP model.

| RecepTec LLC Selects Desert Sky Software DocuTrack System |
Phoenix, AZ - Desert Sky Software has announced the completion of an agreement with Receptec LLC. of Grand Blanc, MI to
deploy the DSS DocuTrack System to support RecepTec's Quality Assurance program.
The web-based DocuTrack System offers robust document/file management control and audit functionality, along with a powerful
workflow management module to electronically distribute documents throughout the organization. DTS allows RecepTec users to
access critical documentation from both its US office outside of Detroit and its Hildesheim headquarters in Germany,
introducing significant economies in document handling. Deployment is planned for November of 2003.
RecepTec LLC of Detroit, USA and RecepTec GmbH with headquarters in Hildesheim were founded in May 1999. RecepTec designs and
develops customer and vehicle-specific reception systems for the automobile industry and for selected system suppliers. These
reception systems include services such as AM/FM reception, TV, all types of telephone services, navigation and

| Desert Sky Software Developing City of San Diego Database System |
Phoenix, AZ - Desert Sky Software has announced the completion of an
agreement with GeoTrans, Inc., of Sterling, Va., to design and deploy an Electronic Document
Database & Management System (EDDMS) for the City of San Diego. The completed EDDMS shall
store and retrieve the City's archival documents for the Water Department's Capital
Improvement Program. EDDMS is a web-enabled database application that, when fully implemented,
will allow GIS spatial database searches based on City map locations and document references.
Desert Sky Software will also host the application for the City.
DSS has been
developing web-enabled applications for such clients as Sandia National Laboratories, Motorola/General Dynamics, Harcourt Interactive Technologies, and others. The Phoenix-based company specializes in Oracle database and web application design.

| Desert Sky Software Deploys Initial Component of the Motorola Military Message Handling System |
PHOENIX, AZ. - Desert Sky Software, Inc. announced the initial deployment of the Motorola Military Message Handling System (MMHS), an advanced Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) technology solution to provide secure information networking services for the Canadian Department of National Defence (DND).
Developed under contract for the Motorola Information Security Systems and Products Division (Scottsdale, AZ), the Motorola MMHS is a secure e-mail system that will replace several legacy systems with newer, open-standard protocols permitting the interconnection of multiple domains at various security levels. The MMHS provides full military messaging capabilities and will enable Canadian defense forces to communicate between SECRET and protected domains.
