Job Description
- Responsibilities will include overall design, development, testing, and support of new and existing web-based and client/server solutions for customer and internal software projects.
|
Required Skills
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience
- Design and development using object oriented and component oriented techniques
- Java/J2EE server side technologies: WebSphere, Weblogic, Struts, Hibernate, etc.
- Databases - Working knowledge of SQL and databases (Oracle preferred)
- Understanding of Web/Internet technologies: DHTML, CSS, Javascript, etc
- Developing solutions for performance, reliability, and scalability in Unix / Java environment
- UNIX/OSX - Working knowledge
- Knowledge of Source Code Control Software (CVS preferred)
- Ability to troubleshoot and correct defects in existing application
