Desert Sky Software designed, developed and host a suite of custom applications managing all aspects
of the BidSource bid management program. The developed software greatly streamlines the process of gathering, tracking
and making bids available to BidSource clients. The new software allows BidSource staff to make more bids
available in a more timely fashion. In addition, the new system provides a greatly enhanced
interactive interface allowing BidSource clients efficiently locate bids of interest. The software utilizes sophisticated
data mining techniques in conjunction with client defined market profiles/keywords to identify bid opportunities.

The system is a secure e-mail system that will replace several legacy
systems with newer, open-standard protocols permitting the interconnection of
multiple domains at various security levels. The system provides full messaging
capabilities and will enable the customer to communicate between SECRET and
protected domains. To migrate the customer's secure message traffic from the
current legacy systems to the advanced solution, General Dynamics will perform the
systems integration through a multi-phased, interactive approach. This migration
strategy is designed to provide customers with continuous communications
throughout the network deployment phase.

| Desert Sky Software has recently finished development of Phase 1 of the City's Electronic Document Database Management System (EDDMS) system and is currently in scope definition review for Phase II. This multi-year development and hosting contract deploys a configurable document assignment, storage and delivery system for multiple units with the City's Water Planning Department. Upon completion of the system with our project partner, Geo Trans Inc., the fully enabled system will allow GIS spatial database searches based on City map coordinates, document references, and other linking information. |

Computing Environment and Technology (CET) of the Goddard Space Flight Center's (GSFC) Applied Engineering and
Technology (AET) Directorate has selected the Desert Sky Software ActionTrac System (ATS) to provide
infrastructure support to scientific, project, administrative and outreach activities across the Goddard Space
Flight Center.
In pilot deployment since February, 2004, ActionTrac System's capabilities have been assessed for GSFC
utilization. Branch personnel at CET apply state-of-the-art technologies, methodologies and COTS products (like
the Desert Sky Software ActionTrac System) to develop cost-effective information systems that meet the immediate
and long-term needs of the organization.

Waterborne Environmental, Inc., delivers specialized environmental consulting services to the crop protection

Early in 2004, this progressive company chose the Desert Sky Software DocuTrack System (DTS) to monitor
watershed water quality at sites throughout the United States. Using a specially modified version of DTS, this
system allows onsite tracking and recording of water quality information through hand held PDA's.
Desert Sky Software hosts and supports this program for Waterborne Environmental and their partners.
